Confidentiality and Market Ethics Charter applicable to Lagardère Group Associates

The purpose of this charter is to lay down the rules governing transactions carried out by Group Associates involving Lagardère Securities and, more generally, to specify the rules with which Associates are required to comply to the extent that they may have access to Inside Information concerning the Lagardère Group. It aims both to inform Associates about the applicable laws and regulations, and put in place additional measures to prevent situations that could lead to insider dealing.
